We are required to provide very accurate ground works for the frame to locate onto. They then install the frame and timber panels and we construct the remainder of the building – the brickwork, roof tiling and all the internal fit-out.
We have constructed quite a few oak frame houses and they are all very attractive buildings. Advances in building technology have ironed out the early issues that timber framed construction suffered from and they are now very durable buildings.
