And we are large enough to be capable of delivering virtually any residential construction project. We believe this makes us large enough to cope - small enough to care.
Our subcontractors have all worked together for a long time, some of them as long as 25 years. So, they understand the importance of not just carrying out their part of the job, but are also mindful of how that will help the trades that follow them.
We can build virtually any residential building project to the required specification, whether it be multiple units for a housing association, a one-off luxury house or any form of refurbishment or renovation works.
We are happy to work with the client's own nominated architect or to recommend architects we have previously worked succesfully with.
Similarly, and no matter what size the project, Castle Eaton only works with a professional contract in place. This means we never take on more work than we can manage and, therefore, we do not make the mistake so many builders are famous for of starting a job and then disappearing off to another one!
Approximately 95% of Castle Eaton's work is won by tendering to architects and we have a success rate of over 80%. So, we are completely familiar with the tendering process and welcome the invitation to join most tender lists. The only times we would decline would be if we were at full capacity or if it was not in our geographic area of works.
